Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to directly support our client in managing daily tasks and operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly assist and report to the client, providing high-level administrative support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Communicate on behalf of the client with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize files, records, and other important documents
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to quickly adapt to new software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in a medical office or similar role is highly preferred.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be based in the Philippines and have a reliable internet connection.
