Thirty minutes on your bottlenecks, hours, EHR and specialty. You leave with a staffing plan and a flat quote, and we send the MSA with a sample SOW and BAA the same day. Signing costs nothing: billing starts only when your VA does.

Once the MSA is signed we search the bench to your specification and present rigorously vetted candidates within five to seven days. Watch their video introductions, review verified EHR experience, interview your favorites, and choose your VA.
Days 5-7 after signingPaper, then go live
Before day one, BAAs are executed between your practice, your VA and Ask Velma as applicable. Your VA starts under your direction about a week after you choose, with a named coordination contact and time tracking in place, and billing begins only when work does.
