Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified Virtual Assistants and other roles to meet client needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Coordinate client interviews and provide timely updates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Virtual Assistants, healthcare VAs, and other key roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client requirements and deliver top-quality candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (preferably in BPO, VA agency, or healthcare staffing).
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Willing to work US-shift hours (night shift PH time).
